Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the paid features, templates, and digital content included in the package or subscription you bought, subject to these terms and the main Terms of Use.

Who may use it

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, paid access is licensed to the purchasing account and its authorised internal users only. It is not a public, transferable, or reseller licence.

Core restrictions

You must not sublicence, resell, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically copy paid content or protected areas of the service unless we separately agree that in writing.

Commercial scope

A plan or package gives you only the scope described on the pricing surface, checkout, or written offer for that product. Some offers are recurring subscriptions, while others are one-time activations or workspace-scoped entitlements.

If you need broader team, cohort, partner, white-label, or reseller usage, you need a separate written agreement.

Digital content and cancellation timing

Many core-app products are digital content or digital services supplied online. If you ask for immediate access during any cooling-off period, we may begin supply straight away.

In that situation, and to the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that immediate supply may reduce or remove the statutory cancellation right for the digital content once supply begins. Any extra product-specific cancellation wording shown before checkout remains part of the commercial offer.

User content and outputs

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. Subject to the main Terms of Use, you may use your own workspace content and the outputs generated for your account for your internal business purposes.

This does not transfer ownership of our software, prompt structure, platform workflows, branding, or shared template library to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate licensed access for non-payment, serious misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or breach of the platform terms.

If access ends because of your breach, your licence ends immediately. If access ends because we discontinue a paid feature, we will provide any remedy required by law or by the commercial terms governing that product.

Third-party rights and dependencies

Parts of the service depend on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, or AI processors. Those providers do not receive any licence to your business other than what is needed to deliver their service to us, and their own service interruptions can affect feature availability.

Governing law

These licensing terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer-law protections that apply in the place where you live or buy from.
