One-time package purchases are handled differently from monthly SaaS.

The IFV product is sold as workspace-scoped one-time access. This page explains how we review refunds and what happens when a founder changes direction.

Self-serve packages

Refunds are reviewed manually and commercially.

If you purchased a self-serve package and quickly realised it is not the right fit, contact us as soon as possible. We review requests based on the package used, the state of the entitlement, and how much of the premium workflow has been consumed.

  • Contact us promptly, ideally within 14 days of purchase
  • Minimal use gives us more room to help sensibly
  • Case-by-case review matters more here than rigid monthly-SaaS rules

When refunds are limited

Heavy premium use usually reduces refund eligibility.

  • Entitlement already attached to a live venture workspace
  • Premium exports, evidence-pack outputs, or advanced preparation materials already generated
  • Hands-on review or support already delivered as part of the offer

Premium Assistance and partner deals are scoped separately.

For Premium Assistance, Agency / Incubator / Partner, or any bespoke support arrangement, cancellation and refund handling is confirmed in writing for that engagement.
