When refunds are limited

Heavy premium use usually reduces refund eligibility.

  • Entitlement already attached to a live founder case or workspace
  • Premium exports, evidence-pack outputs, or submission-prep materials already generated
  • Hands-on review or support already delivered as part of the offer

For Premium Assistance, Agency / Incubator / Partner, or any bespoke support arrangement, cancellation and refund handling is confirmed in writing for that engagement.
