These terms explain the licence you receive when using Dhruvi Infinity’s digital workspaces, including the Innovator Founder Visa flow.

Grant of licence
We grant you a revocable, non-transferable licence to use the website, SaaS workspaces, and content for your own venture workspace. The licence is limited to Dhruvi Infinity accounts linked to your email and profile.
Permitted use
You may use the software, guidance, and AI outputs for planning, preparing founder materials, and progressing through workspace steps. Each package you buy is scoped to a single venture unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Restrictions
You retain ownership of the business ideas, plans, documents, and evidence you upload. We may store, display, and process that content to provide the service, but we do not claim ownership.
Dhruvi Infinity can suspend or terminate your licence if you breach the Terms of Use or misuse the platform. On termination, your access stops immediately, and you must delete any cached materials.
All software, logos, and documentation remain the property of Dhruvi Infinity. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
This licence and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless you are a consumer contracting in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the local laws apply.
We will try to resolve disputes informally. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction for most disputes, except where the law requires otherwise.
