How IFV purchases are licensed

The IFV product is sold as founder-readiness software and workspace access with specific scope boundaries. This page explains what a purchase unlocks and what it does not.

Licence grant

Limited IFV workspace licence

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the IFV product features included in the package or entitlement you purchased.

Default scope

One founder, one venture workspace unless stated otherwise

Unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise, IFV packages are intended for one founder and one venture workspace or one clearly scoped entitlement path.

Restrictions

  • No resale, sublicensing, or partner rollout without written permission
  • No using one paid purchase across multiple unrelated founders or ventures
  • No extraction or reuse of protected workflow structure outside the licence scope

Typical self-serve scope

Idea validation access is scoped to one venture case. Founder-readiness builder access is scoped to one founder plus one venture workspace. Premium evidence-pack access is scoped to one premium evidence workspace unless the offer says otherwise.

Immediate digital access

IFV products are digital services and digital content. If you ask us to begin access immediately during any cooling-off period, you acknowledge that this may reduce or remove the statutory cancellation right for that digital content once supply begins, to the extent permitted by law.

Bespoke support is separate

Premium Assistance, programme, partner, cohort, or advisory-style arrangements are not silently included in a self-serve purchase. Those need separate written commercial confirmation.

Your content and our platform

You keep ownership of your venture materials and uploaded evidence. We keep ownership of the IFV software, workflow design, templates, and brand materials. You may use your own generated outputs for your venture preparation, subject to the broader platform terms.

Suspension and law

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, or security risk. These licensing terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections may still apply where the law requires.
