What the product is
The IFV product provides structured digital workflows, evidence organisation, AI-assisted drafting, and founder-readiness preparation tools. It is designed to help founders build a clearer venture case before they overinvest.
Accounts & evidence
You must keep your login secure and only upload material you are authorised to use. You are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the information, evidence, and claims you place into the workflow.
Acceptable use
IFV offers may be free previews, one-time founder-workspace packages, premium evidence workspaces, or bespoke support. The commercial scope of each offer is explained in the IFV Package & Licensing Terms.
Using the IFV product does not guarantee endorsement, visa approval, funding, or any regulatory outcome. It is a preparation tool, not an outcome promise.
Unless we separately agree regulated support in writing, this product does not provide immigration advice or legal representation. If you need application-specific legal advice, use an appropriately authorised professional.
We own the IFV software, workflow design, templates, and brand materials. You keep ownership of your venture materials and uploaded evidence, while granting us the rights needed to host, process, and display them so the product works.
Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect loss, unreviewed reliance on AI output, or outcomes outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections may still apply where required.
