Accounts & Contracts

How you and the platform interact

Using the service creates a contract governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or the corresponding commercial contract framework if you are purchasing on behalf of a business). You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate identity, venture, and payment data
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Paying any required fees before accessing premium workspace content

Payments, cancellation, refunds

Where fees apply, we accept payment through Stripe and other channel partners. Refund rights are described in our Refund Policy. The access you purchase is attached to your account and will remain active for the workspace or workflow you chose.

Intellectual property

All software, documentation, templates, and branding belong to Dhruvi Infinity. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the material in line with these terms. For detailed rights, see the License Agreement.

Professional boundaries

This platform does not provide regulated legal or immigration advice. If you need such services, obtain them separately from the relevant authorised professional.

Liability & Disclaimer

We exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, except for losses that cannot legally be limited (such as personal injury caused by our negligence). We do not guarantee visa approval, funding success, or regulatory outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless you are a consumer claiming small-claims rights elsewhere in the UK.
